Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

-For orders below Rs. 999 (excluding COD charges, taxes, or after applying coupons/offers), a shipping charge applies at all locations. Additional charges may apply at certain locations.

-Orders equal to or above Rs. 999 (excluding COD charges, taxes, or after applying coupons/offers) enjoy free shipping at select locations. Additional charges may apply for other locations.

-Shipping charges per product quantity can be checked by entering your pin code on the product pages. The total shipping charge for your order will be the sum of charges for all applicable products.

Determining Shipping Charges:

-Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of product or order cancellation.

-Nino's reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

-Occasionally, free shipping offers may be available for a limited time, subject to terms and conditions.

-Convenience charges may be applied based on products, pin codes, or shipment size.

Refunds and Modifications:

-Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of product return or order cancellation.

-Nino's reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.

Special Offers:

-Periodically, Nino's offers various promotions that may include free shipping subject to specific terms and conditions.

Convenience Charges:

-Nino's may levy convenience charges on specific orders based on factors such as products, pin code, or shipment size.

-These charges are separate from shipping charges and may be applied irrespective of the shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Time:

-Delivery time within 4 to 7 business days for areas serviced by reputed couriers. Items over 2 kilos or high volume may take longer.

-For other areas, products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service, taking 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Delivery Detail:

-Estimated delivery dates are tentative and subject to change post shipment.

-Nino's is not liable for delays due to unforeseen logistics challenges beyond our control.

-Address changes are possible if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and no items are shipped.

Tracking Packages:

-We'll email you the courier company name and tracking number. Check spam folder if not received within 24hrs.

-Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear online.

8.Non-Availability and Address Change:

-Delivery partners will attempt delivery thrice before returning the package.

-Address change requests may not be accepted if there are variations in charges/taxes for the updated address.

9.Hidden Charges and International Shipping:

-Prices are all-inclusive; no extra charges.International shipping is not currently available.
