2.Where is the office located?
Currently our office is located in Lucknow while the orders are shipped from our warehouses located across India.
3.How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout, where you'll be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information.
4.What payment methods do you accept?

5.Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed due to our efficient processing system. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.

13.What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we strive to maintain our inventory to meet customer demand. However, there may be occasions where unforeseen circumstances lead to a temporary shortage. If this happens, you will be informed during the checkout process if the selected item is unavailable.
In the rare event that an order is accepted but cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you within 24 hours. Any payment made will be promptly refunded using the same method of payment within 10 working days.
Certain items, particularly those that are regularly restocked, may temporarily be out of stock but will be displayed with an out-of-stock tag.
