Returns, Replacement and Exchange Policy 

Please be informed that the following details outline the policy applicable to products sold on Nino’s. It's important to note that specific products listed may have varying eligibility for return, replacement, or exchange, as indicated below. The policy regarding return or replacement/exchange of a product is subject to modification based on business needs. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will be applicable.

At Nino’s, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where returns, replacements, or exchanges become necessary. Therefore, we've outlined our policy below to address such situations:

  • Return Policy: Certain products may be eligible for returns within a specified timeframe from the date of delivery. Return Policy Guidelines:

1. Original Packaging:
- Please return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and freebies.
- Ensure that the product is correctly packed to avoid damage during transit.

2. Responsibility for Incorrect Products:
- If an Incorrect Product is handed over to our Courier Service Partner, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft during transit.

3. Quality Control Inspection:
- Certain products may undergo doorstep Quality Control Inspection during pick-up.
- Parameters such as brand, style, color, size, packaging condition, missing accessories, security tags, and usage will be checked.
- If any parameter is not met, the return request may be put on hold. You can raise another return request if the return window has not expired.

4. Replacement/Refund Process:
- Once the original product is received at our facility and the quality check is completed:
- For returns: Refund for the original product will be processed.
- For exchanges: Replacement product will be shipped to your given address.
- If any coupon or offer was applied to the original order and products under the offer are returned, the coupon/code benefits will not apply to the refund. However, the replacement/exchange order will retain the original offer benefits.

5. Furniture Category Returns:
- Products under the Furniture category may be returned within 48 hours post-delivery in case of damage, defects, missing parts, wrong product delivery, or non-functionality.

6. Free Product Associated with Return:
- If a return request is placed for a product associated with a free product:
- The free product may also get canceled if it has not been dispatched or in transit for delivery.
- This applies even if the return request is canceled.

Refunds:-
In the case of returns, we initiate the refund process once we receive the product back in our facility and complete all necessary quality checks and verifications. The mode of refund depends on the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

For replacements or exchanges, no refund is issued. Instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) have been returned.

The entire amount paid for the product/service through any payment mode can be refunded in the original source transfer. This means the amount will be refunded to the same source from where the payment was made by the customer at the time of placing the order. For example, if payment was made via Debit Card, the amount will be refunded to the Debit card linked bank account used by the customer for the initial purchase.
